Associate Professor, Georgia State University
Andy Roach is an Associate Professor at Georgia State University with tenure in the Department of Counseling & Psychological Services in the College of Education. In addition, he serves as the Associate Director of the Center for Leadership in Disability. The CLD is a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDD), which moved to GSU in August 2008. Currently, there are 67 UCEDDs—at least one in every US state and territory—that work with people with disabilities, members of their families, state and local government agencies, and community providers on projects that provide training, technical assistance, service, research, and information sharing, with a focus on building the capacity of communities to sustain all their citizens.
